In the Press: Applications Accepted for “Parole in Place” Program Starting August 19, 2024

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that on August 19, 2024, they will begin accepting applications for the new “Parole-in-Place” program, which is intended to keep families together and promote unity and stability.

So far, no instructions or forms have been released.

If you or someone you know is planning to apply, you should start collecting evidence of your continuous presence in the U.S. and legal marriage to a U.S. citizen (at least 10 years as of June 17, 2024).
